We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and engaging interfaces that provide a seamless user experience. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform concepts into visually appealing and functional designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and aesthetics of applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure design consistency.
- Optimize existing interfaces to improve user experience and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to projects.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience with user research methods, persona development, and usability testing.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of motion graphics and interactive design tools like Adobe After Effects or Principle.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material Design.
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
