Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and present tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and generate leads.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
