We are hiring an analytical and detail-oriented Software Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. As a Software Tester, you will be involved in planning, executing, and improving the testing processes to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Automate repetitive test cases where possible using automation tools.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
- Conduct security and compatibility testing across platforms and devices.
- Continuously improve testing strategies to ensure high software quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- 0-3 years of experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestNG.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
